I worked with Natalie on the DfE / National Strategies pilot programme for Achievement for All, in which she was a regional director. As an NLE and experienced headteacher it was refreshing to work with someone who is so well informed, motivated, up to date with current ‘chalkface’ practice and clear about how schools leaders can be hugely effective to all school improvement and pupil progress. Throughout the programme her leadership skills were second to none, ensuring all engaged on the programme were held to account in maximizing the life chances for our children. She had a flair for supporting the cpd of colleagues who needed nurturing and was an extremely successful motivator who got the best out of those around her, through her commitment, passion and fun approaches.

I have worked with Natalie for several years now and have found her to be an inspiring and invaluable colleague. She is very knowledgeable about SEND, inclusion and school improvement yet remains grounded in real practice. She frequently contributes to national conferences and events and speaks with clarity and sense. Her training sessions are highly valued by those who attend, Natalie is a real motivator and is able to get the best out of those around her through her commitment, passion and enthusiastic approach.
David Bartram OBE, SEND Adviser
Thank you for a brilliant day. Really useful course delivered by a very knowledgeable trainer. I have come away with lots of ideas on how to improve my Provision Mapping!
Natalie is an excellent trainer and is in a great deal of demand. I know that her courses are often sold out, her evaluations are excellent and her recent national work for the National Strategy means she has a great reputation. Natalie was a consultant for my latest book ‘How to be an Amazing Teacher' contributing greatly as an adviser on a chapter about SEN. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an outstanding trainer.
Education Consultant and author of 'How to be an Amazing Teacher'
Thankyou so much for the 'outstanding' day you delivered to my staff on Outstanding Teaching. It was practical and fun, yet really got us to reflect on our practice as a school. Just what we needed!
Headteacher, Primary School Northamptonshire
Natalie has delivered some of the best training courses I have attended as a SENCO. She is very knowledgeable but remains grounded in real practice. A brilliant trainer!
Thank you for a truly inspirational and informative training day today.
Emma Sweetman, Family Support Worker and SEN Administrator. Caddington Village School, Luton.
Natalie has been a key member of a team supporting the development of SEND in primary and secondary academies across a large MAT; conducting SEND reviews and providing guidance on next stages of development. SENCOs and Headteachers were universally appreciative of her input. I have also worked with Natalie on a number of other projects with schools, trusts and local authorities including SEND Reviewer training and shared many conference platforms wither her. The hallmarks of Natalie’s work are depth of knowledge, professionalism, lack of ego and a practical collegiate approach which empowers all whom she works with. I recommend her unreservedly.
